Project Overview

Full-process services for bag dust collector systems and supporting projects in Catalyst Workshop 3 (Copper-based Workshop) and Catalyst Workshop 1 (Palladium-based & Platinum-based Workshop) of the Platinum Group Metal Materials Integrated Industry Construction Project: covering design, supply, installation, commissioning, and technical services.

First Stream Exhaust Gas Treatment Process

  • Flow Rate: 3,000 m³/h

  • Average Dust Concentration: 200 mg/m³

  • Particle Size Requirement for Crushing: 16-30 mesh, with finer dust generated during crushing or tablet pressing.

  • Dust Composition: Copper-silica mixture (silicon dioxide/copper), with copper content about 20% and material moisture content ~1%.

Process flow:

  1. Exhaust gas first passes through a cyclone dust collector, reducing dust concentration to ≤100 mg/m³.

  2. Merges with three other streams of dusty gas and enters the subsequent No.1 bag filter.

  3. Treated gas is discharged through a chimney.

Second Stream Exhaust Gas Treatment Process

  • Flow Rate: 5,600 m³/h (nano-scale silicon dioxide-laden exhaust gas)

Process flow:

  1. Passes through No.2 bag filter.

  2. Goes through a fan.

  3. Enters an exhaust gas absorption water washing tower for final treatment.

  4. Discharged via chimney.

Water Washing Tower Specifications:

  • Material: FRP or 304 stainless steel

  • Internal flow rate ≤1.5 m/s

  • Equipped with 2-layer packing and 2-layer spraying system

  • Includes maintenance platform, circulating pump (one in use, one standby), and pressure gauge at pump outlet.

Third Stream Exhaust Gas Treatment Process

  • Flow Rate: 1,000 m³/h

  • Maximum Dust Concentration: 5 g/m³ (discharge standard: 10 mg/m³)

  • Particle Size: 16-30 mesh (with finer particles during crushing/tableting)

  • Dust Composition: Copper-silica mixture (20% copper, ~1% moisture)

Equipment Features:

  • Heavy-duty silent casters with brakes (2 swivel casters) at the bottom

  • Industrial-level pull handle at the back for flexible mobility

Fourth & Fifth Stream Exhaust Gas Treatment Process

  • Fourth Stream: 8,800 m³/h (No.3 fan)

  • Fifth Stream: Platinum-based 5,500 m³/h + Palladium-based 2,200 m³/h

  • Treatment flow:

No.4 bag filter → No.5 bag filter → No.4 fan → chimney

Palladium-based 2,200 m³/h → No.6 bag filter → No.5 fan → chimney
