The LOF5 series fine oil purifier serves as an ideal alternative to the HYDAC filter cart, this hydraulic filter adopts a wheeled mobile frame design for flexible movement between working stations. Built with multi-stage filtration structure, it can continuously filter solid particles in hydraulic oil, turbine oil, gear oil and other industrial lubricants. The compact layout integrates pump, motor and filter housings into one trolley, easy for oil transfer, filling and off-line oil purification. It offers flexible precision options to match diverse oil maintenance requirements.
Working Principle
The filter cart sucks contaminated oil through the suction hose by the built-in gear pump. Oil firstly passes the 100μm primary coarse filter to trap large particles. Then the fluid flows into the fine filter chamber for secondary purification. Multi-stage fine filter elements capture tiny solid contaminants down to 3μm. After filtration, clean oil is discharged via the outlet hose back to oil tanks or machinery reservoirs. The whole circulation process reduces particle concentration gradually, lowering wear risk of hydraulic valves, pumps and bearings.
