Introduction

Hydraulic oil filters are indispensable purification components in hydraulic systems. 

Installed in inlet, return, or bypass lines, they filter impurities such as metal powder and oxidized colloids (with a precision of 1-40 microns), 

thereby protecting system components (such as pumps and valves) and extending the service life of the hydraulic fluid. They are typically made of stainless steel mesh or glass fiber filter paper, offering high strength and high filtration efficiency.

Working principle:

As hydraulic fluid flows from the outside to the inside of the pleated element, particles are captured through direct interception, inertial impaction, and diffusion. 

The high surface area provided by the pleated design allows for extended service life while maintaining low flow resistance

Installed in the return line of hydraulic systems, this filter ensures that oil returning to the reservoir is free of harmful contaminants generated during component operation. 

By maintaining fluid cleanliness, it protects critical components such as pumps, valves, and actuators from premature wear.
