Notice on the Selection of "May 1st Labor Model" in 2025

1. Qualitative indicators

1) Employee behavioral norms and cultural values: abide by the "Partnership Convention", highly respect the high-voltage line of the organization platform, abide by the company's "three major disciplines and eight points of attention", actively implement the "ten musts and ten don'ts" behavioral norms, and have no violations of discipline and company-level penalties at work.

3) Teamwork: Actively cooperate across departments to actively solve production bottlenecks.

4) Sense of responsibility: Outstanding performance in emergency tasks (such as rush work, rescue) or long-term adherence to difficult positions.

2. Quantitative indicators

1) Production and quality data.

2) Technical level: Hold relevant professional qualification certificates, etc.

3) Technological innovation: Actively give advice and suggestions on the company's development process, such as providing rational suggestions for improving process flow, optimizing operation methods, improving production efficiency, reducing costs, reducing equipment failure rate, and extending equipment service life.

4) Competence in multiple positions: Mastering skills in multiple trades and being able to adapt to changes in production needs.

5) Role of mentoring: Actively teach newcomers.

Purpose: For quantifiable indicators, give priority to quantifiable indicators to reduce subjectivity. For indicators that cannot be quantified, qualitative and quantitative indicators are used for comprehensive consideration.
