The 17th Seventh Session of LEFILTER GROUP’s Employee Congress convened under the theme “Seeking Truth, Uniting Knowledge and Action”, chaired by Mr. Own Anqi. Of 154 eligible partner representatives (with 5+ years of experience), 143 attended.
Purpose
Aligned with the Group’s biannual congress system and 2025’s core theme “Horizon of the Red Dust”, the session aimed to:
Strengthen ownership and initiative among partners.
Foster transparent, standardized, and pragmatic organizational practices.
Address communication gaps and enhance leadership accountability.
Review operational execution and lay foundations for long-term growth.

Proposal Review
The rotating chair reported on 269 proposals from prior sessions (140 production-related, 78 comprehensive, 60 others), detailing resolutions.

Focus on “Vision, Mechanisms, Impact, Momentum”, advancing the “35150 Trademark Strategy” to refine specialized, intelligent models.
