Mechanism:
Participants who commit to losing or gaining over 10 kg within 100 days from the date of registration will receive a cash reward of CNY 1,000. The reward will be disbursed immediately upon registration. Those who fail to meet the target weight or withdraw midway will be penalized three times the reward amount.
Requirements:
Unhealthy methods such as weight-loss drugs are strictly prohibited. Participants must achieve goals through exercise and natural weight management. Violations will incur a CNY 2,000 penalty.
Health complications caused by weight management efforts will result in disqualification.
Pregnant individuals are excluded from participation.
Participants must register with the HR department and undergo全程 monitoring. Initial weight will be measured three times at random intervals within the first week, with the average recorded as the baseline data.

Avoid junk food, maintain regular sleep schedules, prioritize early bedtimes and早起, and integrate consistent physical exercise into daily routines.
